One expert swears by high-intensity workouts, while another says gentle movement is the way to go. ​With so much conflicting advice, it’s easy to feel stuck, unsure of what’s actually best for you.  But here’s the truth: God designed your body with wisdom, and He didn’t make it complicated. When you go back to the Bible, you find clarity—your body is a temple, rest is sacred, nourishment is a gift, and strength comes from Him.​ Maybe the answer isn’t in chasing the next wellness trend but in seeking wisdom that’s been there all along.  What if taking care of yourself started with listening to His guidance instead of the world’s noise?
